Great service and great food. I had the Burning Love with chicken - spicy and excellent combination of flavor. My wife ordered a hamburger and it was cooked and prepared just like you would expect an American hamburger to taste. Bottomless steak fries are excellent!

Below average. My "pepper" burger lacked flavor and was very oily. order sweet potato fries which tasted more like oil than anything. The ranch sauce was watered down. Last but not least, my server was very slow which just added to her lack of people skills. I felt like she rolled her eyes every time she walked away. Asking her for something seemed a hassle and as I type this, it took her over 10 minutes to return my check so I can sign it with less than half full restaurant. It find this experience sad because I have eaten at others ones in the past that I rated a 3 or 4.

While the service was lackluster, I did enjoy my food. I opted for the sweet potato fries which is my standard whenever I get the chance, and they were yummy. I had a party of 3 and all our food was actually pretty good and came out as ordered. However, the waitress took forever to take our orders and never refilled our waters. Besides us, there was only 1 other table of 3 and 1 guy at the bar, so I feel as though the waitress could have been much more attentive.

Most people know what RR is, so I'm not going into those details. To set the stage at lunch today: this is high summer, at one of the busiest towns on the Fl Gulf coast, this store is located at a MAJOR attraction Pier Park that had a planed community event today (parade). This place was HORRIBLY managed and under staffed. The wait at lunch was 45-60 min, which is to be expected, but there were 7-8 tables that we're not being seated. The hostess were the folks bussing tables. I watched for 30 min how they tried to keep up but couldn't. There was one table right next to the hostess station that had dirty dishes and a tray sitting there for over 20 min. There was no separate bus staff to clean tables. Food was slow to come out and luke warm when it arrived. The manager should be fired, no excuse for the abomination I witnessed today. Epic fail. Won't be back.

There was 45 minute wait and I counted 12 empty clean tables. Our food sat on the counter for 15 minutes before the waitress remembered it. Place seems understaffed.

Have been a regular to this location. Service and cleanliness have always been pretty good. It's a fast paced environment but as expected at a prime location and a tourist area. But recently had a EXCELLENT experience. Our waiter, Keenan, greeted us w/ a big smile and you could tell he was not just putting on a show. He was patient as we decided and changed a couple things mid order. He was dressed appropriate and uniform CLEAN. Upgrade from other visits & other locations in the area. He never let our teas get low. He checked on us regularly. Food was brought out by another waiter, order wasn't quite right but not bad. He quickly got it corrected and all was good! Have to say in the area it's hard to find someone in the service industry working hard for the customer. Most have multiple jobs and aren't customer friendly. I enjoy the area 75% of the time and wishing more restaurants would have wait staff like this. Thank you for keeping the customer happy and keeping the experience above the rest!

It wasn't terrible. Biggest disappointment is that it always takes FOREVER to get in and out. Probably won't be back for another year.

Went yesterday....One of the worst places I've been to. Waited 20 minutes to be seated and another 20 for our waitress to acknowledge us another 45 minutes until we received our food, that was wrong. During the whole time of waiting not 1 drink refill or a sorry for the wait. Restroom was out of all paper products. This place was a disaster. I asked to speak to the manager after not one sorry or adjustment to our bill. I informed the manager that we will not be coming back in the future, she offered to refund our money back but it was too little too late for me. Stay clear of this place, you'll have a better experience at the Hardee's down the street and it's half the price.

Always good food and great atmosphere. Drinks are way too expensive...burgers are $6 and drinks are $4???? Overall good food!!

This is my second time eating here this week! The service and food quality was consistent both time. I'm not sure why people have this red robins such low scores. First visit I had the banzai burger which is very flavorful with teriyaki and pineapple. My wife had the mushroom Swiss which was also good. Second visit I had the red tavern burger and my wife had the royal red robin both tasted perfect. Paired with the endless fries you can't go wrong. Ignore the bad reviews and look at the food. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Oh Red Robin, what happened? You used to be my favorite place to grab a burger in PCB, I would go at least once or twice a month, then something horrible happened a few months ago. You reduced the size of your patties by half, completley changing the quality from awesome, homemade medium rare goodness to something that looks like it came off the assembly line at Wendy's. If you dont mind the newly generic burger and still go, do yourself a favor and try the Blue Moon Milkshake!

This was the first time we ever had been to Red Robin. There's not a Red Robin where we live within reasonable driving distance where we are from. While on vacation, we fell in love with red robin. We came here two or three times in one week! We will be back once we make it back down there.

  • John B.

This was our first visit to any RR and it was great! The service was excellent...thank you, John. The food was outstanding. I highly recommend the Banzai burger and the Freckled Lemonade. The price wasn't bad either.

This place opened March 6th, but I wasn't able to make it over until last Sunday. When we arrived there was a huge line out the door, and we were told it would take about 35 minutes to be seated. I was surprised to hear our name called after only five minutes; we think the hostess may have overheard our conversation and given us the "local bump." Nonetheless, I'll take it. We ordered an onion ring tower for appetizer and I must admit that it was delicious. It's served with a ranch sauce and a bbq sauce both of which complement the onion rings nicely. I ordered the A1 peppercorn burger and my wife had the blue cheese burger. We were both very pleased with our meals. You won't leave this place hungry because they offer all-you-can-eat fries. Nice! They do offer a full bar here. When we asked about drink specials we were told that Red Robin does not offer them because it's a "family" restaurant. I can understand that, but why would you put "spirits" right on the sign? Oh well. I was pleased with this place and I can see that this will become a favorite.

Okay,, here's the deal.. I wont ever be back cuz 38 bucks is too much for 2 adult burgers, a kids burger, and a 5 dollar shake.. Just saying the food was good but ITS A HAMBURGER!!

  • Keith R.

We found a great burger place. So much so that we made a second stop in before left town. The onion tower which was about 17" tall with BBQ sauce and Ranch dressing. Great start. We ordered the burger and a chicken wrap. Both were very tasty and came with large cut fries. Now if only we could get a Red Robin back home.

There is no other great place to be besides Red Robin on a hot day in Panama City Beach. This place is awesome! Their burgers is super big and their milkshakes come with a refill tin. What more do you want? They also offer bottomless lemonade and salads for those who does not want burgers.

    (4)
  • Kimberly M.

Good burgers and a cool atmosphere (if you're a child at heart). There's a lot to choose from on the menu besides burgers and they offer endless steak fries (yum). They have a great location in Pier Park, very close to all the retail stores.

To be honest, I'd just as soon get my own ground chuck and buns and make my own.

Service was poor. Put us at a small table, we had to ask to be moved. The fastest part of our service was when the check got picked up. Seemed like nobody really cared.

Worse Red Robin food. Burger was swimming in oil. Now I have eaten at Red Robin before and I know a burger should be juicy. There is no way a pool of oil should be sitting on the plate before you even bite it! The fries. Red Robins claim to fame...bottomless crispy golden delicious steak fries. Not here! Cold and not even served in a basket. A small container of stale soggy cold fries! The staff was attentive but not friendly at all. Also the menus and table were filthy. Like covered in grease. It was all I could do to not tell arriving patrons "don't eat here!". It was so bad it turned me off to Red Robin forever. And that's sad. Used to be my favorite.

Awesome place to go to get a really good burger. Tower of onion rings is a must and the sauce is to die for. It's definitely "YUM".

  • Michael R.

First time to eat there and I was impressed with the service and atmosphere. The food was very very good. I loved the big steak fries and sauces that go with them. Prices were reasonable for the amount of food we got. I will definitely be going back.

We go to RR all the time but this location was the worst service EVER. I had to get up 4 separate times to ask for the food I ordered 30 minutes ago. No manager came by to apologize when they all knew I was ticked off. I can NOT recommend this location.

    (1)
  • Mike M.

Same as everywhere else. Red Robin is commoditized burgers. My wife likes the avocado salad , so here I sit. A rhetorical question. You have a chain gourmet burger joint, good PR, good locations, and the burgers are made from scratch, a key control when it comes to food borne illness. How can you offer a hand made gourmet burger without cooking it to order? Medium is as far as they go. I don't get that. Corporate risk managers triumph over the chefs I guess. Still, red Robin should think this through. So do they truly stand behind the quality of their beef? Grind it in-house to control freshness and fastidious attention to cleanliness? I would sign a paper, to get one of these charred pucks medium rare. Mike

Oh Red Robin, what in the world happened to you? We went here recently with some friends for a burger and I could not believe the staff. I really don't want to sound like a rude person - OK - I don't. I SWEAR I DON'T! But, when your waitresses are wearing uniform shirts that do not fit them, and they come greet your table with their belly hanging out and covered in grease / oils from the kitchen..... *sigh* Not to mention the woman that was helping us kept reaching over our heads and bumping them with the underside of her arm while she was giving us our drinks and such. It was very, very uncomfortable. I seriously almost didn't eat my food. :( Luckily my burger and fries were still great but - yeah. I just had to say something.

Got my favorite freckled lemonade. As good as ever. First time trying the onion rings. Best I've EVER had!!!! And the dipping sauces are ranch and something I can't quite place. It's good though. The ranch is kinda salty somehow. Odd. Trying a new sandwich today. The bruschetta chicken. More when it arrives...... Napkins would be nice. So would refills. Okay so service cost two stars off this review. The food and everything else was amazing as always. But this woman....... I don't want to swear so I'm going to try to calm down. We even pressed the "Call Server" button on the new little iPad deal. The alert was turned off but no one came. We were ready for our checks. Two tables that were seated after us got and paid their checks before we were even acknowledged. I was a hair's breadth from walking out with a free lunch at that point. Didn't think she'd miss us. No tip but dropped a penny in the bottom of my cup. Hope she even knows what that means.

Let me begin with saying that I love Red Robin as a franchise. Despite being widespread, their burgers are truly some of my favorites. With all that said my experience at the location here in Panama City once again disappoints. We were made to wait 15 minutes while the restaurant was only about 25% seated. Unbussed dirty tables were in the majority. When we were finally seated service was incredibly slow. In particular, we waited 10 minutes for the supposedly "Bottomless French Fries" refill. We waited 14 minutes after the last bite was taken just for the bill. Our waitress just disappeared for 20 minutes. The table next to us complained about something and was told by a woman who might have been management (she wore no name tag nor uniform) that the kitchen staff were all new hires and couldn't deal with the "rushes". Sounded more to me that she needs to put her restaurant more in a position for success and not excuses. This place should be better. I wish it was. I would be more apt to come back. I'll check in a couple months from now with hopes that the service and food can match the company standard.

Excellent staff Service and Food delivery was fast and efficient Rootbeer float was fantastic ($4.99 with unlimited refills) Burgers at Hooked (across the street with ocean views was way better) Battered cod was fantastic I hated the fries Overall I would not eat a meal there again, but maybe go back for dessert

This place is horrible. I took my family here last night and will never be back. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible management. Too many places to get a burger, and as a local they have lost repeat business.

  • Frank J.

Walked in, were greeted and seated. Ten minutes later, nobody had come by to our table. No waiter, no manager, nobody! The hostess was running around like crazy even though they were slow (off season in PCB). The manager walked by several times looking lost and confused. They created a buzz, but for the few tables they had we couldn't figure out what it was. We got up, left and not one person saw us or asked why we were leaving. Pretty sad attempt and serving customers. Too many restaurants in PCB vying for the prize - customers. I won't be back. Sad excuse for service or lack there of.

Burgers and fries are amazing! The service, however, is awful. Most of them take forever to get you a refill or anything you ask for. Food can take forever to be done as well.

In the past, I've had good service and good meals here. But this visit was very disappointing! Service was slow and the place was empty! I had the zucchini sticks and they were more like chunks! Even worse, they had absorbed so much oil, when I took my first (and last) bite, it was like a grease explosion!! Yuck! The manager asked if he could replace the appetizer but didn't offer to take it off the bill. In the end, I wasted $40.00 and left hungry. I won't be back anytime soon!

Red Robin is located at Pier Park, right around the corner from Victoria's Secret and Kay's Jewelers. I kept hearing GREAT things about this place so I was beyond excited when I stumbled upon it a few weeks ago. I really enjoyed the relaxed environment. They have a patio where you can eat outside, weather permitting. I ordered the Sicillian burger AND GOOD LAWDY MRS. CLAWDY WAS THAT MUTHASUCKA GOOD!!! My only complaint was they didnt give me enough fries and they forgot to bring my salad but they were ON POINT, TOO!!! Overall: Great location, good service and good food! I'm ready to go back and try something else! Red Robin is the truth!!!

Worst experience ever at a reaturaunt. My family of 5 arrived shortly after opening and were promptly seated and drink orders delivered then it was all down hill from there. We were one of about 6 tables that were seated when we arrived. 10 minutes in our order was taken and we never saw our food. The restaurant started to fill up and people who came in after us were receiving there food before us. 25 minutes in we flagged our server down and she said our food would be out shortly. It wasn't. More people arrived and received their food before us. I have a very patient family but we had run out of and for the first time ever we walked out of a restaurant. We asked for a check to pay for our drinks and the only saving grace was they said we didn't have to pay for them. What made it even worse was this was for my wife's birthday. I never recommend this Red Robin to anyone and will be hard pressed to recommend any Red Robin ever again.

Red Robin....Yummm.... I love Red Robin!! This location never disappoints. We can always get out of red robin for under $20.00. Our server was great, she was very attentive. I ordered the natural burger with red pickle relish. If you have never tried the red pickle relish, it is a must! I ordered a water with my meal and the waitress always replenished my water with new lemon overtime which was wonderful. Not many servers do that these days. I would recommend red robin if you want a good burger where you can sit down and relax. YUMMMMMMM...

i was always peeved to see these commercials back home because i'd never seen a Red Robin before. now i know that we have them in north Florida i can relax a bit. i had the idea that RR was on the lines of Wendy's but it turned out to be more of a TGIFriday's vibe. cute decor decorated the walls with a full bar in the center. unfortunately i wasn't hungry enough to have one of the famous gourmet burgers but i did have a cup of the best clam chowder i'd ever had.

  • Bill W.

Fantastic place!!! We sat in the outside section. They don't allow smoking inside or outside...bonus points for that! The burgers were great and the bottomless fries and soda makes this place a must go to. Cost for two burgers and fries, plus two sodas was under $15. Any chance I get, I will stop to eat at a Red Robin. Hard to beat.

This place has some of the juiciest burgers that you can buy. It was a good experience down in Panama City. The environment was great and they had a lot of game on the multiple TVs that they have around the booth.

Ok new review....redemption has been served! The food was fantastic as usual! Juicy burgers, flavorful fries with perfect amount of salt, fantastic drinks (the lemonades were our choice). The environment was much different than the last three visits; although packed to the gills with both tourists and regulars, it was calm, moving smoothly, and appeared organized. Kudos to the manager, Tim. Who I will add is the same manager I commented on in the previous post. One recommendation for Tim, hire a couple of food runners. When the patron sees the manager running food or bussing tables, it appears they are not managing...or worse managed poorly and now needs to pick up the slack. In my opinion, managers should be seen reviewing service with the patrons, giving directions to the staff and being available to both staff and patrons. I did speak to a couple of servers and they both commended you as a manager. Good sign. Our Server was fantastic! (Jessilyn Ledford) She was perfectly timely! Didn't miss a beat; not just with us, but with her entire section. She was knowledgeable of the menu and options and was ready with suggestions. She even managed to up sell us on dessert, which is always a tough sell with us...nevermind the fact there is never any room for dessert here at Red Robin! She immediately picked up on a kitchen error even before the plate was place on my table by another server, who was just helping out (another Kudos for management for setting the right attitude and fostering teamwork). The only negative thing I can say is with the kitchen. The already mentioned order error and the appetizers came out just minutes before the entrees are our only issues. The wait for the appetizers was long but manageable; however the wait for the enteees was normal/acceptable. Definitely doesn't warrant any mark down on overall rating. Great experience. Thanx!

I have eaten her many times since they have opened in Pier Park. The service is not always the best, but the food makes up for it. I give kuddos to my recent server Keenan! I will be back for one of their unusual burgers for me and my sister to share!
